Hillel Skate to Great Hockey Tournament:

Sunday, March 17th at 1:00 pm at the Calgary JCC - 1607 - 90th Avenue S.W.

Waiver/Liability form (MUST HAVE)

All players must have liability forms signed and returned on the day of the tournament. Players under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign for them. Click HERE to print your liability form

Rules

Please Note:
All Goalies must wear: Cup, full face mask, chest protector, blocker, glove, goalie pads,  stick.
We strongly recommend you provide your own equipment. We do have minimal rental equipment. We cannot provide cups.

Please read and review the RULES before registering.

Player:
•      Any stick is permitted
•      We strongly recommend bringing gloves and a cup

Donations

Monetary donations can be made here and will support a local Skate to Great collaboration with Big Brothers Big Sisters Calgary (Please select Skate to Great from the drop down menu)

We will be accepting equipment donations including equipment during the event and on campus at: Mount Royal-February 27th, 2013, University of Calgary - March 11, 12, & 13, 2013. 

We will also have an equipment donation box at the JCC - keep a look out.

Cost
