Celebrate Pride with us at a special Pride Shabbat honoring the intersection of Queer and Jewish identity. The evening will begin with a keynote address by Hannah B, titled From Margins to Mitzvahs: Queer Jewish Belonging as Resistance. Through personal reflection and powerful storytelling, Hannah will explore what it means to embrace Queer Jewish identity as both a source of pride and an act of sacred resistance.

Following the keynote, Rabbi Cantor Russell Jayne will lead a Shabbat service with participation from members of Calgary’s 2SLGBTQ+ Jewish community. We'll close the night with a dessert reception and space to connect in community.
