Shmini Atzeret 5784

8:00AM - 8:00PM

Shemini Atzeret is a Jewish holiday that immediately follows Sukkot. It's a separate holiday but often considered part of Sukkot. In the diaspora, it's also when Simchat Torah is observed. Shemini Atzeret means "the eighth (day) of assembly." It's a day of rest and reflection, with special prayers for rain in Israel as it marks the beginning of the rainy season.
