The Montefiore Institute is the most well travelled synagogue in history. It’s lived in five places over its 103 year history, Heritage Park, hopefully, being the last. As the building celebrates its 10 year anniversary at Canada’s largest living history museum, come hear stories - as told by Irena Karshenbaum, the founder and president of The Little Synagogue on the Prairie Project Society - about how one of the last surviving prairie synagogues came to the park and all of its wonderful adventures since.
